The Burger Point

I've ordered from here many times and there has been only a couple of times when my order has been wrong. This is usually due to the ordering prompts on the restaurant's grubhub page because they do not have all of the options available and make you select an option when it might not apply to the item (for example, under a turkey or chicken burger it forces you to select an option for how well you want your "hamburger" cooked - this confuses the chef because then you might be sent a hamburger instead of a turkey burger). This place always fixes any mistake very promptly and provides excellent service and food. The Grubhub ordering is confusing for many restaurants but for The Burger Point I am never worried that I will be helpless if my order is wrong because they are always responsive. Great job!

Second time ordering from here and like everything so far. The spiral fries were good, liked the chicken wings. Liked all the burgers I tried but my friend said the veggie burger wasnt the best but also not bad. Definitely will order from here again. Btw, I tired the fries with cheddar cheese and really enjoyed the melted cheddar they provide. Sometimes places have cheap and gross melted cheddar cheese but not here

My order included a 6oz Veggie Burger (no bun), 12 oz Turkey Burger, and small truffle fries. All 3 were exceptional in taste. The Veggie Burger is hands down the best as it hearty and savory. Its seems to be mostly potatoes and mostly pure goodness ... lol And OMG the truffle fries ... they are the right kind of crisp and lightly seasoned. So, so tasty and the small is enough for 2 people.

Not only was the food amazing, but delivery was super fast. My husband and I each got a veggie burger and some cheese fries. I ordered a small veggie chili too to make chili cheese fries. Everything was so, so good! I love finding a good veggie burger, and these were awesome. Highly recommend!

Best burger place on the South loop - one of the best in all of Chicagoland. Their delivery is always fast, fresh, and correct too. Can't go wrong! (Not feeling like burgers but your significant other is? Try their chicken, veggie, and salmon burgers - very creative with fresh ingredients!)

One of the best burgers in Chicago. The Dirty South is a delicious combo of a not-too-sweet BBQ sauce and a strong tasty cheddar. The 6 oz burger is big but surprisingly easy to eat- it is moist but doesn't disintegrate in your hands. A+

Ordered burger and wings. Burger was good, wings were too but be aware the BBQ flavor still had a bit of heat to them if you are sensitive to that. Still very good as well as the sweet potato fries.
